Friday, Jan 22 the Commons at Xavier College Prep was a place of incredible art showing. The 2015-2016 Advanced Placement Studio students presented their Breadth portfolios to family, friends and faculty. The Breadth portfolio is a series of twelve works that indicate the artistic capacities of each individual. It is the first of two portfolios required for the Advanced Placement course. Students introduced their work, the motivation for it and the process of their art making. "We are very proud of their efforts and their ability to express their work," said Ms. Mason, Xavier's Visual Arts Teacher. "The students have an amazing talent and I am glad we were able to show case it."
