Spanish Level Testing
On May 22nd, Saturday, students with a desire to take Honors Spanish I, rather than Spanish I, need to take the Spanish I Honors Placement Exam. This exam will be from 9:00am to 10:00am.
Math Level Testing
On May 19th, Wednesday, students with a desire to start in Honors Geometry, rather than Algebra I, need to take an Algebra I exit exam. This exam will be from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. A review sheet for the Algebra I exam will be available on our website under Admissions the week prior to the test.

For those that took the first Math and/or Spanish Placement exam, you should have your results by now. If not, please contact the office.
For those that have received enrollment papers, please return all the pages completed with the $500 enrollment fee as soon as possible for scheduling purposes.

Information Nights
Information Nights will be on the dates below from 6:30 - 7:30pm at the campus in the student commons. Come ask questions, see Xavier's campus and learn more about the school.

- Thursday, December 10th, 2009, 6:30pm, in the Student Commons
- Tuesday, January 12th, 2010, 6:30pm, in the Student Commons
Open House
Xavier is hosting an open house so you can tour the campus and learn more about Xavier.
- Sunday, January 31st, 2010, 1-4 pm
Application Materials
Application Materials are due by March 6, 2010. After this date, applications are reviewed after they are received and are complete. Application materials include: Application (2pgs), $40 Application Fee, Activities Sheet, Teacher of Choice Recommendation and Transcripts.
Placement Exam
All incoming Freshmen need to take ONE placement exam and should have an application on file. The placement exams are from 8:00am to 12:00 noon. Arrive by 7:30am. The exam will given at the new campus (34-200 Cook Street, Palm Desert). No calculators, food or drinks. The placement exam is given on the following dates:
- Saturday, February 6th, 2010, 7:30 am
- Saturday, March 6th, 2010, 7:30 am
- Saturday, April 24th, 2010, 7:30 am
Interview
At the placement exam you will also schedule your interview time.
Interview dates are: Sunday-February 28th 2-4pm or Sunday-March 14th 2-4pm
Admission Decisions
Admission decisions will be mailed on approximately March 29th, 2010. Upon admittance, you will receive Enrollment Papers. These Enrollment Papers along with a $500 Deposit and Tuition Assistance Application (if applicable, either paper application or apply online) are due by April 12th, 2010. After April 12th, enrollment is ongoing.
- To apply for need based Tuition Assistance, you need to have your 2009 Tax Return and W-2s. Once accepted to Xavier you need to apply online through our Web site for Tuition Assistance. Apply by April 12th, 2010 to be considered for Tuition Assistance Awards. After April 12th Tuition Assistance Awards are ongoing.
