The Xavier Parent Guild is dedicated to creating a vibrant community of parents and friends to support the growth of Xavier's rich Ignatian education experience through special events, fundraising and enrichment activities.
We’re just getting started and we enthusiastically welcome all parents to join in the fun!
We’ve identified four interest areas and are establishing committees to work with Principal Alling and the Xavier team to develop programs and activities around these themes. We encourage you to look these over and sign-up to assist with those groups that interest you most.

This committee will work to provide opportunities for students to explore different careers, meet business professionals, experience internships, understand college options and learn life skills that will help them succeed as they become young adults.
Program Development & Support

This committee will assist in helping to grow support for Xavier’s programs to assure that Xavier is able to offer programs to match student’s talents, interests and abilities. This group will explore ways to support Xavier’s growing sports program, potential summer sports camps, guest speakers, and civic outreach opportunities through programs like a Halloween “Trunk or Treat” event and participation in the annual Golf Cart and Festival of Lights Parades… just a few ideas.

This committee will explore ways to support the mission and Ignatian vision of Xavier. Activities might include hosting parent evenings around Alcohol & Drug Use Prevention, Internet Safety and other topics of interest – working to create a special “place” for reflection on campus, special service programs, and organizing Mother/Daughter and Father/Son prayer events.

This committee will help create a spirit of “welcome” at Xavier – connecting new families to the school community, organizing family get-togethers, special recognition for faculty during “Teacher Appreciation Week”, and creating fun ways for students to “hang out” in a safe environment.
