GRADUATION FEES DUE
Wednesday, March 1
Graduation fees are $300 per student. This covers cap & gown rental, cover & tassel, diplomas and ceremony costs. Fees are payable by cash or check to the Business Office or online through your family portal.

GRADUATION TICKET PICKUP
Monday, May 1
Tickets to the ceremony will be available for pick-up starting May 1. Each senior must sign out their own tickets at the front desk. Each graduate will receive ten tickets for seating in the reserved section. Specific seats are not held. There will be open seating within the reserved section. Gym doors open at 9:00am, no seats may be reserved prior. There is plenty of seating for everyone and everyone will get a chance to see the graduates. Additional guests may sit behind the reserved section. Guests with tickets must be seated by 9:45am as the gym doors will be closed at 10:00am when the ceremony begins. Please remember this is a formal occasion and we kindly ask that no food, beverages, balloons or noisemakers be brought into the gym.
SENIOR YARD SIGNS, GRAD SLIDESHOW MESSAGES & COLLEGE COMMITMENT SHOUTOUTS:

Recognize and celebrate your senior with a Yard Sign, Slideshow Message or an On Campus College Commitment Shoutout! There are multiple styles of Yard Signs to choose from - view your options here! Once purchased, they can be picked up from Xavier to be displayed for your friends and family to see. Slideshow Messages are a great way to tell your Senior how proud you are of all they have accomplished with your personal message, they will be displayed in the pre-ceremony slideshow at graduation. College Commitment Shoutouts can be purchased for the marquee in the front of school, or to be displayed on the 4 TVs around campus. Both are a great way to give your Senior a shoutout for all they have accomplished! Purchase any or all options, bundles are available for discounted rates! All items can be viewed and purchased HERE! Last day to purchase is Wednesday, May 3.

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP LUNCHEON
Monday, May 15 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) - Berger Athletic Center
Any Senior that has received a local, regional, national, athletic, military, or merit scholarship from an organization or college. All Seniors who have received a scholarship award are welcome to attend the luncheon. Parents and guardians of recipients are invited as well. Please email your Counselor the organization scholarship name you were awarded and/or any college merit scholarships for our Senior scholarship Class of 2023 data.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL
Thursday, May 18 (12:15 PM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates begin with a class photo in cap and gown (distributed on campus), followed by rehearsal.
SENIOR SUNSET
Thursday, May 18 (6:00 - 8:00 PM) - BAC Student Commons
Graduates only to enjoy dinner & fun with their class! Desert Casual attire.
BACCALAUREATE MASS
Friday, May 19 (7:00 PM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates must arrive no later than 6:30pm to the Rover Commons. Graduates wear Xavier Mass Dress with graduation gown (caps are not worn for Mass). Graduates will receive/return gowns in the Rover Commons.
GRADUATION DAY PHOTOS
Saturday, May 20 (8:00 AM)
Córdova Photography will be on campus Saturday, May 20, prior to graduation. Every graduate will be photographed for individual cap/gown photos and as they receive their diploma on stage. Packages (including the class photo) will be available through Córdova Photography.
GRADUATION
Saturday, May 20 (10:00 AM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates must arrive by 8:00am to dress in cap and gown. They will receive and return gowns in the Rover Commons.
GRAD NITE
Sunday, May 21 - California Adventure
$215 per Student. Students and chaperones will depart Xavier at 5:00pm on 5/21 and return to Xavier around 4:30am on 5/22. A $100 deposit will be due to the Business Office by 3/13 and final payment is due 4/3. Reserve your spot here! With specific questions please contact Mr. Branconier at dbranconier@xavierprep.org
