Parent Guild Scholarship

The Parent Guild Scholarships began as a way to continue supporting students attending Xavier that are seeking a higher education and will continue to exemplify the meaning of being a men or woman with and for others in their community.

Scholarship Criteria and Application Process

The Parent Guild awards four Scholarships of $2,000.00 each to 2 boys and 2 girls that meet the following requirements.

• Applicant must be a student in the graduating class attending college at Xavier College Preparatory High School.
• Applicant should have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
• Applicant must be in good standing with the school (i.e. not on academic or disciplinary probation).
• Applicant must continue pursuing a higher education after graduation.
• Applicant should provide a brief statement that describes his/her curricular and co-curricular involvement at Xavier and also describes their post-graduation plans.
• The students we have chosen will continue living the Jesuit Philosophy and continue to be men and women for others and be ready to go out and make a difference in this world.
• Application Submission Deadline is April 5, 2024. 
• Please allow approximately 30 minutes to complete your application, which includes 2 short essay questions.  Please Apply! 
• Application MUST be submitted online.
