Tuesday: Speed Training 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Thursday: Speed Training 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Friday: Weight room 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Must have a current sports physical and completed the athletic clearance for 2025-2026 to join us!
