Click here to access FACTS payment plan, please sign in as new user unless you have already used FACTS in the past.

We use FACTS as an objective, third-party representative to determine the right tuition amount for all of our families, regardless of the number of children applying per family. It provides us with a report that recommends how much a given family can reasonably contribute toward tuition costs. This ensures that no matter your family's circumstance, we can set up a unique tuition payment plan that works for you!

Tuition Aid for Returning Students

Tuition Aid applications for returning students need to be completed online by March 1, 2019. If not ready at application time, supporting documents such as 2018 federal tax returns and 2018 W-2s can be uploaded later through April 17, 2019. Please do not wait to complete your federal tax return to start the tuition application.

Tuition Assistance

Xavier college prep seeks applications from any student with demonstrated capacity and desire. Students who want to achieve and grow into their BEST selves over the next four years should definitely consider applying.

We know that sometimes the cost of tuition can seem like an insurmountable hurdle to these desires. Since opening its doors to capable students and their families twelve years ago, Xavier has diligently worked to provide needs-based financial assistance for families who cannot afford to pay full tuition. Far more often than not, after some earnest work and candid conversations, we've been able to find a way for families to send their sons and daughters to Xavier. Our commitment to "making it work" financially for our families is long term and in some cases accounts for multiple siblings attending Xavier at the same time.

So. If you're the parent of that student who wants to maximize his or her gifts and talents, Xavier is the right place for you. And, if you're thinking that this sort of terrific opportunity is out of reach for you because of finances, please have the courage to take the first step.

Apply. Inquire. Be curious.

If you'd like to fill out an application to pre-qualify for tuition assistance, please Apply Online!

Our tuition assistance process usually requires that applicants submit their 2018 federal taxes and
W-2's, but we know that families typically receive those documents in early 2019. We are willing to consider your self-reported financial information, your 2017 federal tax return and W-2's in order to give you a projected tuition aid offer! You may upload your 2018 federal tax return and W-2’s later to finalize the process.

Our hope is to allow families to make an informed decision to attend!
