      Please turn in to your current school for completion after semester grades after posted.

 

3.    High School Placement Test (HSPT)

All Freshmen applicants are required to take the HSPT at one of the following dates and times.
 
The Placement Exams are:
  • Sunday, January 26,  2025, 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Arrive by 11:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, February 8, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Arrive by 8:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, March 1, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Arrive by 8:30 a.m.

4.    Interview
All applicants will meet with a faculty member for a brief interview.
 

Complete the Interview at the appropriate date and time below:

  • Sunday, February 23,  2025, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. LAST NAME A-E.
  • Sunday, February 23,  2025, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. LAST NAME F-M.
  • Sunday, March 3,  2025, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. LAST NAME N-S.
  • Sunday, March 3, 2025, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. LAST NAME T-Z.

Transfer Applicants
 

At Xavier Prep, we do accept students who are transferring from another area school or who are just relocating to the Coachella Valley from outside the area. After completing the steps below, applicants will be notified of admission on a case-by-case basis.

1. Submit an online application to begin the admissions process
2.  Submit your unofficial transcript to allow our Admissions committee to check your credits and grades. 
3. Meet with a member of our administration for a brief interview. 
 

Considerations
 

Please note that Xavier Prep applies some of the following considerations as part of the admissions and acceptance process. 

  • Senior transfers from the Coachella Valley are not typically accepted by Xavier Prep. If relocating to the area, please contact the Admissions Team. 
  • Semester transfers may be considered, but there is no guarantee of acceptance. 
  • Students may not be accepted if they have been dismissed from their previous or current school.
  • Students should have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be considered for admission. 
  • Students must be in good standing with the current school in regards to academics and discipline.
