Tuition Assistance
We use FACTS as an objective, third-party representative to determine the right tuition amount for all of our families, regardless of the number of children applying per family. It provides us with a report that recommends how much a given family can reasonably contribute toward tuition costs. This ensures that no matter your family's circumstance, we can set up a unique tuition payment plan that works for you. FACTS has a $35 service fee for submission.
Tuition Assistance for Returning Students
Tuition Assistance applications for returning students need to be completed online starting November 1st and no later than March 1st. If not ready at application time, supporting documents such as federal tax returns and W-2s can be uploaded later. Please do not wait to complete your federal tax return to start the tuition Assistance application. Tuition Assistance is on a first come first served basis. If you miss the deadline your application will be reviewed after the first round of application review is concluded. Because funds are limited applying late may impact the awarded amount since Tuition Assistance may then be based on availability of funds.
Since opening its doors to capable students and their families in 2006, Xavier has diligently worked to provide need-based tuition assistance for families who cannot afford to pay full tuition.

Our tuition assistance process requires that applicants submit your federal tax return and W-2's. We may consider your self-reported financial information, your most recent federal tax return and W-2's in order to give you a projected tuition assistance offer. You may upload your most recent federal tax return and W-2’s later to finalize the process.
Our hope is to allow families to make an informed decision to attend.
