GRADUATION FEES DUE
Monday, March 2 - Business Office
A graduation fee of $350 has been applied to your RenWeb account. This fee covers one yearbook, cap and gown rental, diplomas, keepsake tassel and ceremony costs. Fees are due March 2, 2026 and are payable by cash or check to the Business Office.

GRADUATION TICKET PICKUP
Monday, May 4
Tickets to the ceremony will be available for pick-up starting May 4. Each senior must sign out their own tickets at the front desk. Each graduate will receive ten tickets for seating in the reserved section. Specific seats are not held. There will be open seating within the reserved section. BAC doors open at 9:00 AM, no seats may be reserved prior. There is plenty of seating for everyone and everyone will get a chance to see the graduates. Additional guests may sit behind the reserved section. Guests with tickets must be seated by 9:45 AM as the doors will be closed at 10:00 AM when the ceremony begins. Please remember this is a formal occasion and we kindly ask that no food, beverages, balloons or noisemakers be brought into the ceremony.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL
Wednesday, May 20 (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates begin with a class photo in cap and gown (distributed on campus), followed by rehearsal. Graduation photo and rehearsal are mandatory.
SENIOR SUNSET
Thursday, May 21 (6:00 - 8:00 PM) - BAC Student Commons
Graduates only to enjoy dinner & fun with their class! Desert casual attire. View the invitation & RSVP Here!
BACCALAUREATE MASS
Friday, May 22 (7:00 PM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates must arrive no later than 6:15 PM to the Rover Commons. Graduates wear Xavier Mass Dress with graduation gown (caps are not worn for Mass). Graduates will receive/return gowns in the Rover Commons.
GRADUATION DAY PHOTOS
Saturday, May 23 (8:00 AM) - Room 111
Córdova Photography will be on campus prior to graduation. Every graduate will be photographed for individual cap/gown photos as they receive their diploma on stage. Packages (including the class photo) will be available through Córdova Photography.

GRADUATION
Saturday, May 24 (10:00 AM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates must arrive by 8:00 AM to dress in cap and gown. They will receive/return gowns in the Rover Commons.
PLEASE NOTE:
Graduation caps and gowns have been ordered. Gowns are rented, graduates will keep their caps and tassels. There are a limited number of gowns available for senior photos. Please visit the Varsity Store if you wish to check one out.
