Come Experience Xavier
Learn about who we are and discover the student life we envision for our Saints at Xavier College Prep through our Admissions Events. From October to February, prospective families are invited to explore campus through a variety of visit opportunities, including Shadow-a-Saint program, Information Nights, Open House events, Campus Tours, and other engaging experiences designed to help you get to know our community.
Shadow-a-Saint
Mon - Thu 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Fri 8:30 a.m. - 1:25 p.m.
Designed for inquisitive 8th grade students who want to experience a full school day as a Saint. Each student is paired one-on-one with a current Xavier student for an authentic Xavier experience. Allows prospective students to explore classes, meet teachers, and experience daily life at Xavier.
8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Arrive at 8:30 a.m.)
Students will return to the Main Office at 3:00 p.m. (Friday end time of 1:25 p.m.)

Saints Discovery Experience
8:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

A cohort-based immersive experience for students and parents who want to understand the culture and community of Xavier Prep.
This experience brings together 25–30 prospective “Saints” for a half-day of fun. Students will spend time engaging with student leaders, experiencing both curricular and non-curricular activities, while also getting to know members of our faculty and staff.
Parents have the opportunity to engage with administrators, faculty, and current families at our reception and informational Q&A with school administrators. Parents are also invited to tour our campus with a Student Ambassador. The parent reception & tours will occur from 8:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. in the Founders Room.

The Xavier Open House

Guests will experience a comprehensive look at our Xavier community through student-led campus tours, opportunities to meet faculty from every department, and time to connect with coaches and counselors.
Students and parents will also get the chance to explore our retreat opportunities, service programs, and Jesuit Catholic identity while on campus. There will be interactive booths set up with student-life activities and clubs, where visitors can hear directly from alumni, current students, and parents while also learning more about financial aid and the admissions process.
We will have free food and giveaways. All students who pre-register will receive a t-shirt.
