GRADUATION TICKET PICKUP
Thursday, May 1
Tickets to the ceremony will be available for pick-up starting May 1. Each senior must sign out their own tickets at the front desk. Each graduate will receive ten tickets for seating in the reserved section. Specific seats are not held. There will be open seating within the reserved section. BAC doors open at 9:00 AM, no seats may be reserved prior. There is plenty of seating for everyone and everyone will get a chance to see the graduates. Additional guests may sit behind the reserved section. Guests with tickets must be seated by 9:45 AM as the doors will be closed at 10:00 AM when the ceremony begins. Please remember this is a formal occasion and we kindly ask that no food, beverages, balloons or noisemakers be brought into the ceremony.

GRAD NIGHT
Tentatively set for Friday, May 16 (9:00 PM - 2:00 AM) - Disney California Adventure
Seniors will depart Xavier at approximately 6:00 PM and will return to campus at approximately 4:00 AM. We have secured two chartered buses to transport our Seniors and chaperons to/from Disney. The trip is $215 per person which includes entrance to the event and round trip transportation. Remaining balances due April 12. Please contact Jill Kreizenbeck with any questions.
SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP LUNCHEON
Monday, May 19 (12:00 - 2:00 PM) - Berger Athletic Center

GRADUATION REHEARSAL
Wednesday, May 21 (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates begin with a class photo in cap and gown (distributed on campus), followed by rehearsal. Graduation photo and rehearsal are mandatory.
SENIOR SUNSET
Thursday, May 22 (6:00 - 8:00 PM) - BAC Student Commons
Graduates only to enjoy dinner & fun with their class! Desert casual attire. View the invitation & RSVP Here!
BACCALAUREATE MASS
Friday, May 23 (7:00 PM) - Berger Athletic Center
Graduates must arrive no later than 6:15 PM to the Rover Commons. Graduates wear Xavier Mass Dress with graduation gown (caps are not worn for Mass). Graduates will receive/return gowns in the Rover Commons.
GRADUATION DAY PHOTOS
Saturday, May 24 (8:00 AM) - Room 111
Córdova Photography will be on campus prior to graduation. Every graduate will be photographed for individual cap/gown photos as they receive their diploma on stage. Packages (including the class photo) will be available through Córdova Photography.

Viewing and ordering your graduation photos:
1. No money or order forms are needed on May 24th.
2. You will receive an emailed gallery link to your graduation photos a couple days after the ceremony where you can view and order them online.
3. Your order will be mailed to the shipping address you enter at checkout.

GRADUATION

Graduates must arrive by 8:00 AM to dress in cap and gown. They will receive/return gowns in the Rover Commons.
PLEASE NOTE:
Graduation caps and gowns have been ordered. Gowns are rented, graduates will keep their caps and tassels. There are a limited number of gowns available for senior photos. Please visit the Varsity Store if you wish to check one out.
